didnt like anything really. the manager of the hotel wasnt even in the office. when we called her she spunded as if out doing recreational activity's. when she showed up to check us in she pulled in withbloud music and friends in the car as if they were out joy riding. she had a problem with our service doh basically arguing that he was a service dog even though he wasnt coming inyo the room. the room itself was in ok condition aside from what i can only assume was some type of white substamce between the dresser and glass on top. the tub didnt work. had to run my bany a bath with the shower head because the lever thays intended to switch from tub faucet to shower was stuck solid upwards. it wasnt relaxing and it was very unprofessional.

Hi Tysen, I do remember checking you in on the 7th. I apologize for it seeming like I was inattentive to the hotel. I went to grab dinner with my fiance' and you happened to check-in during the 20 minutes I was gone. As far as our pet policy goes, we do not allow any animals other than certified service animals and I simply asked you 1 of the 2 questions we are legally allowed to ask, "What service does your animal provide?" If you had let us know you were having issues with the bath tub, we would have been more than happy to address the issue and move you rooms, if needed. Please accept my apologies on your stay, as our entire staff strives to provide our guests with the best stay possible.

We went to check in and someone had canceled our reservation. So they had to find us a room. The parking lot was small and you could barely maneuver a truck and trailer.

Hallway smell strong of marijuana. The hallway also needs new carpet

Hotel was centrally located, close to gas stations and a couple of fast food options. Great pressure in the shower and plenty of hot, soft water. Great value for a few days stay. If exiting by the lower exit/entrance, be aware a lot of vehicles have scraped the pavement.
