The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a jacuzzi suite. Room was clean with clean carpet. Overall a comfortable and clean stay at a great price!

The key we got for our room wouldnt open our door. The desk guy got it open for us but it wouldnt open the bolt lock on top and it was creepy

Plenty parking, Good restaurants close, maps avaliable, outside looks, gazebo look sitting aera! Wish Coffee and Snack aera would open before 7:30 am

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We were quickly given our key. When we got to our room, the wall air conditioning was not properly installed in the wall and was left with gaps. A bug came from the keys in the jacuzzi tub and it was difficult to find lighting. Our pad lock locked on us and froze in place not allowing us to exit the room. . We were finally able to exit the room and we were refunded our money

There were not enough towels stocked in the bathroom for two people. Door to front lobby was locked/closed during breakfast. My mother (using a walker) was unable to go through the front lobby to get out to our car without me going out a different exit and down stairs to get the door open to allow her to get out. It happened (4) times in (2) days. This was not okay.
