We had the night from hell. Pretty sure there was se sort of assault happening in the room next to us. We were in room 217 on Friday 27th-28th. Didnt want to deal with any of it so we left as soon as my child woke up. We were supposed to get a suite but the front desk told us Expedia rented out to us knowing it was under construction as is the whole building and pool.

Hi Lauren. We would like to apologize for the experience you had while staying with us. We did not have a suite available however, we did offer your family accommodations comparable to the suite which was declined. This is the off season and yes our pool is being renovated at this time however the rest of the building is not under construction. We are doing a full deep clean and preventative maintenance and we are doing this one floor at a time. We were unaware of a disturbance and would have been more than happy to assist had we been made aware. Again, we apologize for the experience your family had and we will make accommodations for you. We stay here everytime we go back home to Iowa. Its our halfway point. Love the location, the dining is close by. The room is always clean and inviting. Great place to stay for the night or a long weekend.

We were excited to get there and use the pool. Comes to find out the pool was closed and it was never stated on there website. Not happy at all.

We do have a few different spots on the website reporting the pool closed for construction.When you are on the main page you can click on explore all amenities, and then click on pool; it states temporary closure: December 01, 2024- December 16, 2024 (Renovation)There are also a few pop-up announcements around the webpage! Rooms were big, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful…outstanding!
