This hotel as well as the entire Ortiga area was an absolute delight! It was a our first visit to Sicily and we were in love the minute our driver dropped ud off!

Perfectly located with breathtaking views of the sea. Staff was excellent. Only issue we had was it took over 45 minutes to get our car from the valet parking and I almost missed my train in Siracusa because of it.

Amazing hotel and service

The hotel was in a great location of Ortigia and the staff were very helpful. However, the hotel was not at a 5 star level. Management of the hotel and staff seemed to be lacking at times. Also, the room we booked did not appear to be the one assigned to us but they were able to resolve it.

Stepping into the hotel lobby was like stepping through a time travel portal. High ceilings, beautiful artwork, and gracious lines. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours, and directions. Breakfast was abundant and options for every kind of taste and diet.
