Average, the rooms are tiny which is ok but it smells musty. Could have better towels as they were old and discolored. Only 2 elevators for more than 20 floors.

Staff was great. Enjoyed the breakfast options each morning. Very clean. Lots of food and shopping options close by. Walkable.

Front desk staff were fantastic, especially herald, KC, Genesis, and Lady. Security were helpful and attentive to your needs.

I always stay here in Privato everytime I visit the philippines, the location is close to dining areas, starbucks, malls, staff is amazing, security guards are very helpful. I would suggest new towels!!
