When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we had got there in time for check in. We were then made to wait for 30-40mins before given a room. Before arriving I had emailed to ask for a room with a bath tub as I was travelling with a small baby however we were given a shower room and after explaining several times they gave us a travel tub which was not suitable for our baby. Within a day of our stay there was a leak in our room which caused a huge puddle on the floor, I nearly tripped holding my baby but when I had explained this to the reception staff they did not take this seriously and one of the receptionists even laughed and said this is totally normal! Managers were not great either, we had raised the issue with them and they were not very accommodating. There is a language barrier making it extremely difficult to communicate and they failed to understand us on numerous occasions. It became quite frustrating to get our point across and in the end we just accepted that this resort isn’t what it makes out to be. The resort itself is lovely but customer service needs some work.

staff is not very helpful and knowledgeable. Part of facilities (indoor swimming pool for example) were always closed without any explanation.

Absolutely wonderful holiday!

Great resort for a family trip. The amenities were clean and the food was amazing. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Will definitely come again

Excellent Experience
Posted 28 Jul 2023 on HotelsI wasnt expecting much but we really enjoyed our stay there. The food and the activities were great. My kid enjoyed more than us. It is a good choice for families.
The majority of the turists were German. But it didn’t bother us. Everyone was respectful and I didnt hear anyone talking loud although most of us were drinking.
We are planing to go there next year again if we can find a good price.
