Excellent hospitality received from every member of staff. Quiet location, relaxing environment and great choice of meals.

It was a beautiful relaxing time. The food was great, the facilities were awesome. The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.

Blue & Green

We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel was in great shape and clean. The food was delicious with many choices. The beach is best for swimming in the morning, and windsurfing in the afternoon. The pool is also clean and great. The evening events were entertaining.

Disappointed

Everything was OK Except one major thing; Poor customer service. I was given a room which had a problem with the air conditioning. The staff at the reception kept promising me to solve the problem or change my room, but they never did. The management of the hotel doesn’t care about the guests at all. I will never return to this hotel.

According to our system; As you informed the reception that your air conditioner was not working, my colleagues did notify the technical department immediately and acted. The fault was fixed on the same day. In addition, when our staff called you again in the evening about the fault, we were informed that it was fixed. I am sorry that you had such a problem during your only one night stay. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to speak to you personally during your stay to help you directly. When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we had got there in time for check in. We were then made to wait for 30-40mins before given a room. Before arriving I had emailed to ask for a room with a bath tub as I was travelling with a small baby however we were given a shower room and after explaining several times they gave us a travel tub which was not suitable for our baby. Within a day of our stay there was a leak in our room which caused a huge puddle on the floor, I nearly tripped holding my baby but when I had explained this to the reception staff they did not take this seriously and one of the receptionists even laughed and said this is totally normal! Managers were not great either, we had raised the issue with them and they were not very accommodating. There is a language barrier making it extremely difficult to communicate and they failed to understand us on numerous occasions. It became quite frustrating to get our point across and in the end we just accepted that this resort isn’t what it makes out to be. The resort itself is lovely but customer service needs some work.

We understand that your request for a bathroom with a bathtub could not be fulfilled due to our occupancy rate. Our team always tries to fulfil the wishes of our guests, even if this is sometimes not possible due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience caused by the leak in your room and the dissatisfied reaction of the reception staff. This is not in line with our service standards.
