A real gem - worth the trip outside of Bilbao
Posted 9 Sep 2021 on HotelsBeautiful rural village location very close to Bilbao. Hotel listing says no parking however there is ample free street parking in the village so don’t let this put you off.
Hotel is a family run business. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower and bath. Beautiful scenery to wake up to.
We cannot comment on breakfast or dinner as we did not have time on this occasion. We wish we had stayed for longer and would love to return.

Gem of a hotel!
Posted 28 Oct 2020 on HotelsThis is a gem of a hotel tucked away in the mountain foothills not far from Bilbao. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. Although difficult times they still provided us with a lovely, home cooked meal which was delicious. We had a balcony attached to our room with views of the mountains and very old buildings in the small village where the hotel is situated. Although only about a mile from the motorway it was very quiet and peaceful. We will go again!
