The rooms are newly remodeled and mostly clean. The room we got had smudges on the light switch in the bathroom and dirt on the floor. This is the second time we stayed there. The first time was last year. The staff are pretty friendly and accommodating. The area around it does have some homeless people but they don't seem to bug anybody.

Updated, fairly clean, family run budget motel. Probably the best option for the price point if youre looking to stay in oroville.

Old motel made modern. Very comfortable. Would go back again. Like that it was one story and car right outside your door.
