Management and staff was very nice and polite and accommodating, Would help me with any needs or concerns I might have, Staff was nice to talk to, Made sure my stay was safe and pleasant, Always serviced my room as needed with no hesitation, Had a nice breakfast in the morning, Price for the room was good, would stay any time, would Recamand,

They have good service checking in, but the room is not clean as supposed to be. Do not have iron, no water and the bed covers are burnet by cigar. I never going to return here

The room was a dated ground-floor handicapped room. There was someone loitering with their dog in the dry field outside our window/slider in the early morning, requiring us to close the curtains and apparent homeless people with grocery cart in the field. The patio was also dusty, unkept. The breakfast was minimal, my husband had a waffle & coffee earlier, but there was no coffee or syrup when we were leaving after 8am, so I only had an Apple. We went to Panera in Chico for a bagel and coffee.

The toilet in my room did not flush, the toilet seat was broken, the coffee pot did not work and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. All that aside, the staff were amazing. They were quick to respond to my complaints and fix thing immediately. They were always kind, courteous and wonderful

Elizabeth, Kim and the rest of the staff were outstanding and friendly. Always helpful with any issues and suggestive about amenities in area. Hotel needs updating and repairs. Overall lingering scent of cigarette & marijuana smoke. Broken tiles, plumbing etc.
