Simple hôtel, but cosy and nice staff overall. Well located for a ski escape.

The location is good for the ski station and next to the train station. The room have nothing special and there was no sauna and the restaurant was only open for breakfast is it was the end of the season

Rude and agressive staff in a run down hotel

The hotel room was advertised with a kitchen and a double bed. We did not recieve either and were told that none of the rooms at the price we paid had these features. The man at reception did not apologise and did not take resposibility. He blamed both Hotels.com and Swiss Quality and was both agressive and rude - the situation was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was run down and poorly maintained (for example our sink was blocked). The breakfast was terrible (I hope future guests like boiled eggs and croissants). I would never recommend this hotel. An apology and some humility from the staff for a mistake would have made a big differenc Ultimately, this is a bad, overpriced hotel.

Unflexible not helpful personell. (Nothing is possible attitude or you pay for it e.g. late checkout 50% of room fee) Room smelled as somebody smoked in it for years.
