"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Un Hôtel très propre et dans un endroit utile pour visiter Sion ainsi que voyager autre part. Le petit dej était plus varié que les autres Holiday Inn Express que nous avons visités. Un bon addition avec la salle de sport et le rooftop avec une belle vue des montagnes. Un grand merci à Mélinda qui a pris bien soin de nous."

"Hotel de la Rouvenaz was second to none! We enjoyed every minute of our stay from check in to check out! The hotel staff was welcoming and engaging, sharing their recommendations on what to do while we were visiting, the room was absolutely stunning with plenty of space and an incredible view of the lake. Trust me when I say you will not regret a moment of your time with Hotel de la Rouvenaz! Additionally, their restaurant below the hotel is AMAZING- best meal we had! "
