The color scheme made the room look bigger. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Costello Del Sol had more conveniences, i.e. microwave, coffee maker. Need more choices for breakfast, hot breakfast. Need another chair inside guest room. Fridge too small and low. Front desk staff lacked knowledge of operation of telephone and tv. Housekeeping staff very rude. Asked for change of towels told by housekeeper it wasn’t her responsibility because she had another room to clean. She did get the towels for us. Pool boy was vacuuming the pool with patrons in it. This task is usually done in the morning when the dirt has settled. I discovered on my on the QR code which outlines room services. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Renovations were definitely an improvement. Thank you, Spark by Hilton at Ormond Beach.

The hotel not is dirty but is uglier. Elevator and water service was stopped for plus 10 hours.

I can't belive the Hilton name is behind this property is very decadent

Staff was nice. Roaches found upon arrival in the bathroom. Our last night we found one in the bed. Pretty disturbing when checking out and using a flashlight to look for something that fell on the floor and saw a lot of very small roaches. Elevators also not working.
