Room smells musty and moldy. Looks like mold on the ceiling. Hotel has a bad odor. I know it's only two weeks after hurricane Milton. That may have something to do with it. Smell gives me a headache.

The staff was friendly but rooms were not clean. The hotel has new management and seemed to be under renovation.

Front desk person was not even in the front office. Had to call him to get him to check us in. Room was disgusting and run down. There was dirt all over floor, shower was disgusting. Bathroom was not cleaned. The only reason we stayed was because it was 1am and I was exhausted from driving for 16 hours. I will never stay here again nor at one of these resorts ever again. It was run down, dirty, hot, and disgusting

Property was in disarray. Mounds or trash behind hotel from construction. Room was wet and full of visible mold growth all around beds and along baseboards. Clerk admitted the building has had several floods due to broken pipes from construction.

Not a good experience

They stated breakfast started started at 6:00, it was 6:40 before it was ready. I had an appointment at 7:00, so I had to go to McDonalds to pay for my breakfast. I stayed two nights, I left a beer in fridge. Next day the beer was gone. Talked to front desks twice about my beer, got crickets! I had to take care of the roach in bathroom. Ran out of toilet paper on first night. I would like a refund on my having to go out and pay for my breakfast at McDonald. Won’t go back.

Worst place I've ever stayed hotel is dirty in need of vacuum all floors. the room is very nasty need to be clean.

Experience was horrible. Staff was rude. On top of that they tried to give me a key to a room someone was already in when I go back they give me another room which was disgusting and not what we requested which was a king bed instead we get a dirty room that had double beds. They were remodeling and obviously don’t clean the rooms there was drywall on the floor and something nasty on one of the beds. Highly don’t recommend staying at this place!
