Manager is great.very sweet and professional .. facilities aren't. I understand the remodeling phase but some rooms are simply not up to par.

We were moved to 3 different times. There were no sheets on the bed also no blankets. There were also no towls to shower. I think i should be refunded. Plus no one in the office to speak with about fixing the issues.

I booked for extended stay when I got there after traveling for over 16 hours the office door tells you to go over to days inn to check in. So I do that they give me a room in days inn. They never told me what time any thing was open till or opens at like pool or breakfast. Then I go to park late at night there is no spots near my room area so I drove down more I see a man standing outside with a pit bull he was smoking and fumbling around with his pockets. The lighting in the parking lot it self was not good I found a spot pull in. As I head to my room at eh top of the steps is a very large bag of trash just sitting in the way and 2 men are standing outside my door. I hurry in being by myself. Room was ok not the worst I have stayed in. The toilet paper holder was missing , I wanted to Shower no towels in my room look for the phone to call front desk no phone in room. So I call
With my cell phone to be told they had no towels for the night I can get some after 9 or 10 in the morning when house keeping is in. I got woken up a few times over the evening as people talking loud outside or people with loud cars sitting with radio on. I call back around 8.am just to double check on towels the man said they have no towels and then won't be any. The guest have them in their rooms . When I went over to the office to find out about breakfast at 8:45 they said it ends at 9 but had everything put away. Tables had bugs crawling on the bathroom was nasty no soap trash overflowing.

AC works good

I booked at one property and when I go there, there was a sign on the door sending me to the hotel next door. The room I was given wasvery dirty, had only one working light in the room. Also, the bathroom had mold and the room was generally falling apart. There were zero towels in the room. Went to teh reception 3 times before someone slide 3 towels through a hole in the window at the FD desk. No hand towls, wash cloths, bath mat, just 3 towels. There were people walking and talking around the property all night. I couldn't call the FD because there was no phone. I don't know how to discribe the feeling of this place other than to say that I was shocked.

Room smelled like bug spray and had to air room out, electrical plugs didn't all work as well. Had to ask for towels and shower curtain since there wasn't any as well.
