It’s close enough to all the nearby amusements and shuttles. There’s restaurants and Walmart near by for your needs. Yes, it’s not perfect and certain area is aged, but you get what you pay for, can’t complain over the price over quality. Overall, I’m fine with their service, fair and get to the point. 4.3/5 star to me.

The areas (windows) were dirty. The ice machine was broken on multiple floors & there wasn’t a microwave in the room. There also was a resort fee & this place was definitely not a resort. We also came back to the room very late & there was a fold up bed in the room. When I called down to ask why, the front desk clerk said it must’ve been put in the wrong room, we’ll get it tomorrow

The rooms are very clean, nice and modern. So that’s really good. The beds are very comfy. The hotel lobby and hallways on the other hand are pretty drab and dull. Outdated. Limited dining options which was a bummer. We were expecting to eat in the bar and grill and not have to drive somewhere.

I am a travel agent and everytime we visit Orlando, we try a new hotel out so that we are aware of different options for different budgets. This is probably the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed at. We may have saved some money with the cost of it but it was not worth it. I would much rather recommend selling my client on a little higher priced hotel for the quality and cleanliness. Our first room had mold, a broken bathroom door, AND random hoodlums banging on our door and running away. We had to go down and the manager was kind enough to switch our room. The second room still had cracks in the wall AND I found a massive German cockroach in the bathroom! At this point it was late and we were too exhausted to agree. The beds were not comfortable at all. The shuttle service is a scam as they don’t even give you the information to the shuttle. We were too late to request it on our first day and the times for the return made absolutely no sense as the parks closed way earlier. 0/10. I will be contacting corporate on this matter immediately,

The room is a bit small and the furniture is bit outdated. Overall they are okay.

I was really poised to give 5 stars to this resort. The room looked great and I was very impressed by the bathroom. Unfortunately all that went out the window when we realized just how thin the walls were and how terribly noisy this resort is. There was non stop door slamming well into the night and a guest who thought singing all night was a great idea. Then we woke up to dozens of tiny ants all over the bedside table. We were on the fifth floor! We just couldn’t wait to leave.
