I didn't like the smell of mariguana that came true the air ventilation from the room next door it had mi and my family crazy i call front desk nerver came too verify they told that it came from aire ventilation it was in room SSS 301 THE JACUZZI IN THAT AREA HAD lime i also when personly and show front desk fotos of the JACUZZI

Room was never cleaned. Bed sheets had hair and “ body fluids” on them. Floor had food. Shower had only conditioner in one bathroom. Landscapers started at 8 am with mowing and leaf blowing.

Ok so this was a pretty property. The staff are so genuinely friendly and kind and their best asset. I feel like I was a little duped however. I was pressured into attending this seminar or forfeit the $20 I "had" to give. I did not want to sit in a NINETY minute seminar. Ive been through that before and it's angering. Like I'm not buying into property in that very moment. I also did not know the water park is $25 per person. I eventually saw it tucked away on the website but its advertised as a part of the property anyone can go to. Was told the pools were heated. No, the pools were actually freezing. The swan peddling on the lake was not working and actually has not been for months. These were things we were really looking forward to. Would I go again, maybe- but I'd definitely ask to be in a building closer to the main hall, I'd call ahead to make sure everything is working, I'd ask to not be promptly ushered to the desk after checking in, baited by a "free" breakfast, to sit in a seminar to buy into this thing. Also to make sure the outlets and plugs are all working. Luckily the Disney parks are all super close and an inexpensive Lyft ride there and back.

We stayed here to be close to Disney and it was such a short drive! Close to amenities, staff was so friendly. The villa was lovely. The water park is $25/day/person to use but, resourt has lots of other pools to use without cost.

It is an old building and a guy came to my room while I was in my room. I could hear both rooms ins both side like they were inside my room. Checking out at 10:00am come on! They gave us hard time to have late check out and all they did 30 minutes extra. The place looks better in photos.

The property was great. Easy check in process and onsite transportation to and from rooms. The customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this resort will stay again. Very convenient for visiting the Disney parks.

Check in was a mess. No parking available. Signs everywhere no parking. Parking lot full. Lady at the entrance where the golf carts are parked yelling at guests to move their car. Its a total zoo and put off to guests. Make more parking or improve check in.

Compared to other hotels in the area, we are extremely disappointed in this property. 1. The rooms were way overpriced, and the size of the rooms were extremely small And with furniture was cramped in the entire room, making it very difficult to move around in the room. All of the amenities listed on Expedia looked fantastic but when we got to the resort, we could only use the swimming pools and not the waterpark. Even though we paid for our room, we thought we had full access since we were staying at the resort. Turns out the Water was $25 ahead extra on top of the ground fees and the deposit that we had to put down which makes the total quite a bit higher than if I would’ve just stayed at the last place we were. They do not offer A free Continental breakfast, there is no signs pointing to where the pools are unless you accidentally run into them while you walk around the entire building
