This property is so close to Universal Studios. We have stayed here numerous times and love it. We always get what we ask for in a timely manner and they are alway super friendly. We will be back soon!

This wasn’t worth the money I spent the couch looked like it was something from the Salvation Army

Room is spacious and clean, it has kitchen too. Perfect for a family.

Have never experienced more ignorant, negligent and careless staff before in my life.
You have to literally call 10 times, then go to front desk 4 times and beg for a room or pool towel every day, and wait for hours to receive it.
And this is just one of many examples.
Will never return to any Westgate property, and won't recommend anybody.

Great people. Fantastic resort. Close to all the action. Pool was big. The lake was amazing. I highly recommend.
