The staff was nice. This area didn’t really have walking distance restaurants like the other side of I-drive. This hotel also has an old feel to it. It definitely needs a face lift. Over all 6/10

The property was well maintained. The pool area was very clean. Towels always waiting.

We stayed at at westgate palace as a family of 4 for 6 Nights! This resort has the potential to be awesome, however, there are a few things holding it back! We loved the 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer dryer, cleanliness and how quiet it was for the most part. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The drawbacks were the mattresses. We had a terribly uncomfortable, sunk in queen mattress and One terrible twin bed. The other twin mattress was obviously much newer and much comfier. We asked the front desk about switching rooms due to the mattresses being so awful and they did immediately switch our rooms which was great but the only thing better was the queen mattress. In the new room BOTH twin mattress’s were TERRIBLE! Honestly, they need to just throw all of the crappy, old, hard, sunk mattresses away and start over with new ones. The other issues were our keycards stopped working halfway through our stay so we couldn’t get in and had to have them reprogrammed. Kids were SCREAMING in the pool so loudly that we could hear them from our 7th floor room. Not relaxing! The bar and restaurant weren’t open our entire stay which we weren’t expecting. That was one of the selling points for us. Apparently they don’t open them unless it’s super busy so it felt like false advertising! . Saturday and Sunday morning at 7:20 am someone BLASTED music at the pool. It woke us all up from our sleep and we were exhausted from being at the parks late! Not sure what the deal was with that!

There is no service at all we called a few time we needed tower never came also we asked to clean the room housekeeping never showed up
