There was no hot water in the shower the whole time. I didn't say anything because they texted us the first night saying they were fixing something with the water overnight but it didn't work. The tub and sinks had water but not the shower. It also sounded like there was water running in the bathroom wall behind the toilet.

First Visit to West Gate Lake resort, nice small condos, kitchen was nice and had everything i needed to make home cook meals which beats any standard hotel motel room. Property was nicely maintanced, only had an issue with the room phone not working. Would love to see a water station near building 800 so i dont have to drive to lobby at night to grab water. Other than that, was an overall nice Property and staff were nice at the front desk when i needed couple bottles of water at 1am due to being out myself. Will like to visit again.

My kids had so much fun something to do everyday and the rooms are very spacious.

I liked the buildings being intertwined throughout. The balconies being screened in was nice. Drafts & amenities were nicely set up.
I disliked that there was no shuttle to and from the airport.
