Very lovely kid friendly hotel. Rooms were new and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the terraces which is a new wing of the hotel, its a bit far from the water park but there were shuttles all day to and from the park. The rooms were very clean and updated and the staff at the terraces were very friendly especially the young lady in the coffee shop. The day we were checking out we left at 630am the coffee shop opens at 7 but she was kind enough to make us coffee for our all day trip back to the caribbean. Great hotel will stay again

The property was extremely disappointing and felt like a money grab. The room itself had almost nothing to offer, and to make matters worse, I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom that they didn’t even bother to clean—I have a photo as proof. Despite having a coffee machine in the room, there were no coffee pods provided. Instead, you’re forced to buy them downstairs near Starbucks, which is ridiculous.
The waterpark closes at 5 PM and is underwhelming at best. For the price I paid, the experience felt completely inadequate. The TV and entertainment options were poor, and the lack of basic amenities made it clear that the property’s main focus is squeezing more money out of guests for every little thing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
