Property was decent- other then buccaneer bay- half the advertised activities are no longer there. The water playground there was old and rusty.
Most annoying part was I had to walk to the check in building 4 seperate times because my key cards wouldn’t work.

Our unit was clean but in definite need of an update. The carpet was threadbare and torn in some areas. We still had a great stay and appreciated the prompt attention from security when we needed access to our unit.

Nice rooms and grounds. The staff were all great! Big Kahuna bar and grill was really fun. The Italian restaurant was always empty and seemed like the food court at the mall. We didn't eat there, except for an ice cream sundaes. It's got a nice kitchen area, but realize that there isn't cleaning service during your stay, so guests need to make beds and clean-up after themselves. I recommend Summer Bay.

I enjoyed walking the property and the food and grocery stores available nearby. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood was also wonderful.

Great stay! Property is very clean, so many different pool options water slides and different parcs. It’s the perfect destination for kids. The condo itself is huge (1300 SF) with 2 big bedrooms and balcony.
It’s the 2nd time that I have stayed at this property and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. The kids had every thing’s to do, and the adult had a BbQ place to cook, very nice place. We recommend it!
