The room was not cleaned. They did not change the sheets, they did not add more cloths, they did not add soap or do any service to the room when we left.

The first night we get there we were all very tired and it was late. When checking in we had an annoying sales guy approach us trying to get us to sign up to do a 2 hour tour and they will give you a gift card or free stay at a hotel like sir please get out my way we are TIRED! Just annoyed me and my family to the max! So we sleep that night go to Aquatica the next day come back and realize our rooms have not been cleaned and we had no clean towels. I call the front desk and they tell me they clean every 6 days!! Like OMG just gross so every night we had to collect our dirty towels bring them to the office for new clean ones which means no tissue paper unless you walk down and ask for some which also means your family of 4 that eats everyday will have 5 days of trash piled up because your room isn’t being cleaned! I also went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and was greeted by 4 roaches DISGUSTING! Oh and on the day we leave they knock on the door and ask if we are checking out, ABSOLUTELY! Then minutes later there was another knock on the door to ask if we were leaving again and we said yes we are waiting on our Uber he then told us we can wait in the lobby!! Please if you are truly taking a vacation like my family do not book here or you will be cleaning up your own room! This place is gross! I definitely do not recommend!
