This place should be called Stayaway not Stayable! No trash can in the room, no light switch to turn off the light, tv did not work, no hot water for a shower at 3 in the morning. Toilet barely flushed. I aware I thought we were on a hidden camera show seeing how much crap we would put up with!

The first room they tried getting me to accept had black mold on the ceiling, obviously water damage. And the surface wiring in the closet was messed up to the point of being unsafe. And the towel holder was missing. And the bathtub was filthy. I complained and refused the room

My room was not ready at 4 like i was told it would be..... had to wait until almost 830pm to get into my room.. only 1 pillow on bed sheets were smelly like urine.. would not recommend this pace at all... hallway smelled of dead mice very bad...room was just nasty.. ive call ed customer service only to be redirect to office up front...fir the price and deposit 270 bucks for 2 days did not even stay 48 hours it was so bad

Im a travel nurse and plan to extend y stay for the entire contract with a lease. I will not stay in any other lodging while working contracts anywhere near here. They handled the hurricane well with prep and after clean up. Bianca and Elizabeth both very accommodating. I would highly recommend Stayable Suites.

Lots of inconsistency with their service recovery due to obvious lack of staff . You can say things are not working like. Microwave ac tv washing machines whatever it was and I stayed days without being able to heat up any food until my departure day. The hotel believe it or not is full of questionable people shady behavior… some unstable screaming and threatening harm to people around I believe drugs or alcohol involved there and is no security or visible staff in the evening… they need more people and more efficiency with time management in their staff in order for things to get done. Very disappointing
