I like the hotel. The room was clean, and big. It’s in a good location, near different restaurants and thematic parks.

They missing the elevator very important for someone with wheelchair.although they arranged the ground floor room next day because they were fully booked first day but they should think about to do something for those people.

Check in was quick and easy. We were able to get a late checkout . Our room was very clean. The only issue I had was there was no oven mitt or pot holder to remove the baking sheet from the oven. The exterior was a little dated but I understand it is being updated in the near future.

Everything was good except the bed was not comfortable its time for a new mattress and carpet needs to be clean it’s very dirty you can see all the stains on it

The property needs an exterior uplift. Perhaps new paint to make look updated. Everything else was fine with me and my family. Thanks
