Staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The property was clean and lived up to expectations. Suites were spacious and well equipped. Felt like we were in a safe welcoming environment. Well located next to icon park but far enough away from the park and highway to be troubled by noise. Would stay again. Recommend

When we arrived the door wouldn’t open to the room. The battery on the lock was dead and had to be replaced. Took us over 25 min to get into the room by the time the door was fixed. Was given late checkout as a recovery

Overall a great value and good stay! Perfect location! Room was not the cleanest, but overall would stay again!

This property is old and run down - it claims to be renovated but where?! Our two-bedroom suite was spacious but dirty. Even the towels hanging in the bathroom were used and had makeup on them! The pool and hot tub water were dirty. The location is central - that's the only plus.

First time staying at this property and was impressed with the staff, location and cleanliness of the entire property. Would highly recommend this hotel. I will be booking my return trip soon..

Vanessa the front desk manager was awesome. Helped with an issue with my booking. Room was great roomy clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.
