Was here for the Laughlin event. Good service overall, though there were times the parking shuttle wasn’t available.
Recommend keeping a base set of restaurants open for the future as many of us dined outside the hotel due to not having much options inside the hotel.
Otherwise service was good and having the Starbucks serving cafe was great for the mornings- recommend more breakfast sandwich items!

We stayed for one night after getting off a cruise at Port Caniveral. This is a great place to stay for a night if on the weekend as it is a convention based hotel. Beautiful grounds and facility and the rate was good. Love the pools. It is pricey if you are going to have a drink and eat on site but nice to have that as an option. I loved that they let us check in early as they were not busy.

Supposedly dust trigged the fire alarm during my stay. Everyone had to evacuate the building because of the supposed dust.

We have reserved the Rosen Shingle Creek and will continue to do so as every stay is great. We love the cleanliness and feel of the resort. Affordable luxury with great options such as an arcade for the kids/teens as well as the spa and pool for my wife and me. And that buffet breakfast at the cafe has something for each of us to enjoy. Just perfect for our family.

I like that the check in process was quick and easy. I was able to arrive and check in earlier than promissed which was a nice surprise. I did not however, care for the very, very high cost of cocktails poolside. Twenty dollars on average for a small drink isn't reasonable and therefore we will probably stay elsewhere next time we want a pool day.
