SI EL HOTEL ESTABA EN RECONSTRUCCION EN DICHAS AREAS NO SE DEBIAN ASIGNAR HUESPEDES. LAS HABITACIONES ESTUVIERON MALAS, CON OLORES ESPANTOSOS, SIN FUNCIONAR EL MICROONDAS, LAVAPLATOS. LA SUITE SE INUNDÓ PAR MAL ACOPLADAS LAS ISNTALACIONES. UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA

Esta en remodelación, sucio, la habitación olía a animal muerto, no tienen personal, l limpieza es malísima y no te atienden, pedí aspiradora 3 veces y nunca llegaron, esta la persona de recepción y no hay más personal que te ayude con maletas ni ningún otro requerikiento. Solo funcionaba 1 elevador h estaba en área de remodelación, viejo y el área sucia, daba incluso un poco de miedo

The service at the front desk was poor. There was supposed to be transportation to Epcot. The van did not show up. The front desk person did not offer to help. The breakfast was not adequate..... poor insulation in the room.could hear the traffic noise.

Hotel is under renovation. Room was nice but super cold. The heater did not work.

Our GPS said "We arrived at our destination". But it took 30 minutes to find hotel (by accident). It was dark and all signs were OFF.
Hidden fee of $27 for parking, Not disclosed on Expedia's Total cost page. Parking QR code system didn't work even with staff's help. But the app/hotel threatened an $80 DMV fine if not paid. We think we eventually were able to pay through the app but cannot get a receipt to prove it.
The breakfest buffet was terrible. we arrived an hour before it closed. Juices and coffee were empty and not refilled. Fruit flavored yogurt wasn't refilled. Eggs were cold. We've had way better breakfasts at hotels that cost half as much.
Bathtub leaked continuasly. Could not shut off. Had to place a towel under faucet so we could sleep
Room was clean. Morning desk was very helpful, Concierge was good.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
