I called the front desk daytime worker to book a one night stay. When I arrived , after traveling 4 hours to my shock my previously confirmed stay was canceled not long after being booked by someone there. I was told sorry your room was given to someone with a FEMA voucher. No one had the deceny to let me know this until time of arrival. Why? Because no one cared! thankfully I was able to find a competitor hotel in the night. I have nothing but negative thoughts about this particular Quality Inn.

Don't like people hanging outside my door playing loud music

Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. What I didn't like was the dampening of cell abilities. There was no way to use my own hot spot connection to work. My stay was for evacuation purposes and I found the staff friendly but didn't really work with anyone in regards to late check out or extended stay. They can't tell me they had someone standing outside my door ready to clean my room the moment I checked out. Due to the cell issues, not sure I would stay there again if I have to work while there. Otherwise, it fit the purposes for why I was there and there were great places for walking the dogs.
