The bellman never came to pick up my bags. Waited over 45 minutes, the room was leaking water and smelled moist

I stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day. The property had Christmas lights that were beautiful when entering properly. Also Christmas decorations throughout property. I was looking for Christmas vibe and it did not disappoint. I would stay at property again may be an annual event.
