We are sad to hear your stay did not go as planned. The team did reach out before your arrival regarding the A/C issue and to let you know a tech would be out first thing in the morning to fix it. The team also left you their emergency number for contact in case the temperature got to high in the house but, nobody called with any issues or complaints.
