Nice condo close to things

Pros: liked pools hot tubs etc
Cons: Have more things to cook with in the room (toaster ) etc .... and inform guest upon check in they do not recieve the breakfast
Location: liked
didn't realize renting room from personal owner but it was all ok when I called I received the email on the itenerary way too late on a work email to check in etc

Nice pool and good location for Universal.

Pros: The pool area.
Cons: Update the room. New bed/matress. Paint. Carpeting.
Location: Close to Universal. Mini-golf spots. Shops. Restaurants.
The outside is much nicer than the rooms. The pool area is very nice. The room was 'old'; well worn, but suited our needs with its small fridge and kitchen.

Worst hotel stay ever

Pros: Location close to the convention center.
Cons: Needs to refurnish condo and provide proper around the clock management service.
Location: Orlando is a great tourist destination.
Arrived tired at 9:00 p.m. after long flight to find the condo still being cleaned, although it was meant to be available for check in at 3:00 p.m. After the crew left, I was allowed in and found dirty sheets shoved in a closet with the door hanging off. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and the grout looked filthy. There were signs of what looked like mold. The drapes and carpets were old. The air smelled heavily of chlorine from heavy use by the cleaning crew. I asked the front desk to move me. He told me to call the (offsite) manager. The phone was answered by a recording. I left a message but never heard back. That night, even with windows open I got little sleep. The next morning I asked the front desk to call for me. Another message was left – to no avail. I returned from meetings in the evening to find the chlorine smell gone but a damp mildew smell remained. I tried to use the Internet but found the wi-fi to be very slow. I still hadn’t heard from mgmt. the next day, so asked my office to call again for me. They actually got to leave a message with a person rather than a machine but mgmt. still didn’t get back to me. In 25 years of traveling extensively on business, I have never experienced such a complete lack of management response as during this stay. Management has continued to refuse to talk with me, has offered no apology or any offer to atone for their failure to provide proper service during my uncomfortable stay. How could this happen in Orlando?

Great location all that was great

Arrived at 2:35 with 3:00 check in. Room was not cleaned when we walked in. Had to leave. Closet in master bedroom doors were falling off. Dirty pillows and linens were stuffed in the closet, did not want to ever see the inside of it again. There was hair from previous guests in bathroom even after room was cleaned. Beds in second room were like bricks furniture was dated and dilapidated at best. It is a shame that this condo is in this condition because it is in a really great location. I will never stay here again.
