The overall experiencewas just okay. Everything was the exact minimum.
Parking is not included. We paid 138$ for our 4 nights stay. You always have to pay the full day even if your arrive in the after or leave in the morning.
The room was very outdated. Stains on every furniture and the lamps had burned places. The AC was underneath the windows and for that the windows were very dirty on the outside. Also the AC was very loud at night.
A good point about the room was the overall everyday cleanliness.
The drain in the shower didn’t work properly. So there was always a lot of water left.
The kitchen was also a minimum in equipment and functionality. The dishwasher was the oldest I have ever seen and the cooking place was really slow in reaching temperature.
The pool was not heated at all. The temperature was around 82degrees. On the third day of our stay the pool was also full of ants and flies.
The breakfast was a typical American breakfast. But also on the lower end of the spectrum that we know. The selection was not very wide.
The okay thing was all day coffee, which was good.

Very kind and helpful front desk, especially Luis, as he helped us move to our second reservation.
Parking was expensive, they should consider allowing patrons to park free.

Parking fee was ridiculous. Otherwise the stay was great. Roomy and clean. Staff very courteous.

It’s a great place to stay, drivable to all the parks and restaurants. We had a one bedroom unit and it was roomy and comfortable. When we are back to Orlando we will be staying here.
