The only thing that was a negative mark is that housekeeping is every other day and not everyday

They put us in a room on the 6th floor at the check in we already noticed brown spots on the ceiling and during the hurricane the ceiling started to a leak. Then they put us on the 5th floor to a different room and that was also leaking above the window. The water was falling on my face. When I called the front desk the General manager of the hotel Vasek McMiller has threatened us to kick us out of the hotel and call the police on us. I have read previous reviews of this hotel, and it wasn’t his first time to do it. And it’s completely illegal. Evicting guests during such a critical time could expose them to dangerous weather conditions, making it a severe liability issue for the hotel.
This guys should be a Waffle House GM but definitely not for a Hilton Hotel. This unfortunately was the end of the line for my visits w Hilton. So disappointing and scary that this bullying behavior is tolerated by corporate. Terrible experience!!!!!

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient. However, the property is old and rundown. We had two rooms. One smelled bad and the other room, the bathroom flooded using the shower. The furniture was dirty, and the covering was made of plastic material. Many areas in the hotels reeked of pot smoke. Is was disgusting! I would not recommend this property at all.

My family and I spent 23 nights at this hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedrooms accessible suites. We are very pleased and satisfied with the amenities and facilities offered by the very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast was extraordinary and delicious. There were a variety of dishes to choose from the buffet. However the choices remained the same throughout our stay. The front desk staff were really generous and goes beyond call to fulfill their duties. I would especially liked to thank one such person who goes far beyond call to fulfill her duties. That person is Ms.Rosetta Kimraj. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to her for her kindness, generosity and helpfulness shown to us during our 23 nights stay. I would definitely recommend her for promotion. My family and I would choose this hotel again in the future.
