Very nice clean hotel! The staff were very friendly & pleasant. Breakfast was bountiful. I’d recommend staying here. Close to lots of amusement activity & restaurants!

Hairs from previous guest in tub during check in
Tub completely clogged
Staff refused to clean
Soaps and tissue boxes empty during check in
Trash all over hall way during check in
Staff did not provide crib upon request
Staff refused to bring luggage trolly during check out

This property is in a great central location for international drive, unfortunately it is very dated and sad looking, the suite had everything you needed but was so tired looking, bed was clean despite finding a hair on the sheets, cupboard were stained and fridge and oven doors dirty, we won’t stay here again!

The only thing that was a negative mark is that housekeeping is every other day and not everyday

They put us in a room on the 6th floor at the check in we already noticed brown spots on the ceiling and during the hurricane the ceiling started to a leak. Then they put us on the 5th floor to a different room and that was also leaking above the window. The water was falling on my face. When I called the front desk the General manager of the hotel Vasek McMiller has threatened us to kick us out of the hotel and call the police on us. I have read previous reviews of this hotel, and it wasn’t his first time to do it. And it’s completely illegal. Evicting guests during such a critical time could expose them to dangerous weather conditions, making it a severe liability issue for the hotel.
This guys should be a Waffle House GM but definitely not for a Hilton Hotel. This unfortunately was the end of the line for my visits w Hilton. So disappointing and scary that this bullying behavior is tolerated by corporate. Terrible experience!!!!!
