I was not happy with anything, horrible customer service, towels with hair in the room, no dish soap and broken blinds so you could look inside, I did not feel safe. I reported it and the response was not favorable.

Upon arrival I checked in and was given the wrong room type. We reserved a king size bed and were given 2 doubles. I went back to reception and was told "it came across as a double and we dont have any king rooms available. I can refund your money or you can keep the double room" The woman was very nice, she was obviously in a bad position
It's a Friday evening at 8pm. I wont be able to find something affordable and safe at this hour.
While i was trying to contact my BF to see what he wanted to do , the receptionist noticed she had another person thzt hadn't checked in yet for a King size room. Since i was there and the other person was not, she gave me the room.
Other than getting that system issue fixed, everything was good.

Office is 24/7 open , very competent and friendly people who worke on this place.

Close to mall shopping very clean and quiet specialty shops starbucks a mall across the street etc.

Roaches in the bathroom, bathroom is dirty. Smell is horrible blinds were missing in the room wasn’t comfortable there at all and left throughout the night would not recommend to stay

Staff was nice and helpful with everything going on with hurricane. We stayed there as we got evacuated. The area had no where to clean up after pets and the outside area was full of feces. A lot of drug trafficking at night . I met some nice people but also seen others that were unquestionable . Traffic flow and drug use was apparent. Feel the area might need some updating of safety monitoring especially if they would like more families.
