I was exited about staying here in this property check in was at 4. I when. At 3:30 pm. Hoping we could check in maybe a little early. Or used the facility restroom. Got there and doors were close i was a little confuse because there is always someone available to help with customer But i was not the case i didnt understand how they funtion but if they are gonna be close they should specified Before any one makes a reservation. Long drive. Lots of traffic i was really looking foward for just seating down. But. Didnt happened here the lady. Was always smiling but never greeted us. Or seem interested in giving us some kind

The staff was very friendly and well accommodating. The hotel itself was in a great location but it needs some major updating. The rooms are outdated and need renovated. There was also a strong smoke smell through the hotel and lobby areas along with a marijuana smell. (We stayed in building 2)
