They sent us to the last building, where the view was the rubble of parts of the pools, the rooms are outside. The area and the elevator have terrible conductions, cement floors painted with a brush and dirty, broken elevator floor.

At check-in hostess failed to let us know elevator was not working in our building, our room was on 6 floor 😩 The dining options at the marketplace were greatly reduced due to being in low season (understandable but should had been disclaimed at website so we could decide if acceptable). Transportation partner only provided 4 pickup times: 2 to magic kingdom and 2 for Epcot. This was another area that should be better disclosed at website. This was a major reason for us to stay here and had to use Uber most of time 😩 Facilities(yoga rooms) were in disarray and dirty. Our room needed maintenance to come fix items twice, room service only came when we asked for more coffee and never cleaned or rotated our towels in three days 😡 Follow up calls and texts checking on requests being fulfilled do not make up for the failure to provide basic expectations from a hotel stay

Stay was amazing, clean room, great housekeeping, great pool and water park! However when I was convinced to take a tour of another holiday inn and bribed with a “free” gift I fell for it. I then went to the other holiday in and was told it would be 2 plus hours (which I was never told prior). When I told them I didn’t want to stay they got upset and didn’t provide me transportation back! To where I had to pay for my own uber back to my hotel! Waisted time and waisted money all while on vacation.

It pains me to give a bad review of this property. This is my fourth time staying here, but it will probably be the last. THE GOOD: Great location. Family Friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The food hall also provides a reasonable alternative if you want to eat something and not leave the property. THE BAD: The resort and parking fees are excessive. Be ready to pay almost $100 over whatever your nightly rate is in just resort and parking fees. They may tell you the rates are disclosed, but in reality these fees are buried in fine print and the way the hotel rates are listed in most travel sites vs what you are actually going to pay is disingenuous at best. They also only clean your room every five days. So yes, if you have a three or four night stay they will not clean your room. If you want clean towels you have to ask for them. Its the only property I can think of in the Disney resort area that does not let you lower the AC below 72. The hotel has deteriorated immensly. The pool and waterpark which are the centerpiece of this property have seen better days. The cabanas are falling apart and the slides were closed for part of my stay. There was also the stench of marajuana everywhere. The elevators are also a mess. Its a shame what this hotel has turned into because it really was such a great place to stay. I hope they can turn this property around, but for now I will not be staying there again and in good faith cannot recommend

You get what you pay for. The room was ok I just could not get over the strong damp wet dog smell coming from the carpets in the rooms. Ended up sleeping on the couch as there was more ventilation in the living room area. I would not stay again. You have to pay extra for parking also. I feel it should be complimentary if you’re a guest.
