It was my 2nd stay and it was great as the first one. Excellent staff customer service, comfortable and clean room, very convenient. We had a situation with the entrance door to our floor in the building which was not supposed to be locked and we found it locked very late at night and had to walk to the lobby to report it so someone open it for us. Other than that, everything was just great!

The place was nice and clean the only issue we had was the stove in our unit needed to be replaced.

Everything was as expected. Everyone was very friendly and reassuring, specially since we arrived the day before hurricane Helen was going to land.

Our family loved this hotel! Myself, my husband, my father in law and our four kids ages 8weeks to 13 years old were so comfortable here in terms of the space and room. Literally anything you could think you’d need at a home away from home, like a fully stocked kitchen down to the dishwasher tablets and mini salt and pepper shakers. Mind blowing. Kids loved the pool and I loved the waterside hammocks. Already booked our next trip back for next year.
