This is a great hotel and services are excellent! I had a great time again! Keep coming every year for Thanksgiving dinner on premises which is delicious! We have an excellent time !

The hotel definitely can do some touch ups and deep cleaning.
The amenities are very nice, the down stairs bar is cool. Food was decent.
We stayed two nights had almost a $250 bill between the parking and resort fees. I hate that it’s not included in the cost.

This resort has become my prefer stay when I’m in Orlando. Walking distance to Disney Springs, very quiet at all times, the food options are amazing in the Letterpress restaurant. The Pool area was perfect for the stay with bar/food option within the area. Lazy River was the perfect length and depth. The pool was heated so it made it just right to stay in all day during colder days. Customer service was great with professional staff and the front desk made checking in and out very quick. Will stay here again in the future.

Al llegar en el chek in le daban botellas de agua a todos a nosotros no .Muy pica o ninguna orientación.Despues muy mal rato en la noche pir una alarma de abandonar el edificio que no resulto en nada y me mantuvo c9n TAQUICARDIA toda la noche

Parking was a little confusing. Map provided was also confusing. Room Curtain was stained and floor was dirty. Sheets also dirty. Lamp was broken. Pool we’re AMAZING AND HEATED ( we had a 70 degree day) restaurant outside was delicious.

I was able to be able to walk to shops. The property had lots of fun things to do around it. The breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful.
