Staff did not explain where anything was on check in and never asked how my stay was when leaving. Resort just average for actvities and entertainment

Inconsistent room cleaning, needs refresh and some rooms noisy due to air con vents outside.
Staff not realky interested in sorting issues.

The room was lovely, with a fridge, microwave and 2 of each cutlery and crockery item. Laudrey facilities were on a seperate floor. We had a screened balcony overlooking the lakes and 1 of the pools. There are plenty of pool choices, an outside bar, sunlounges and outdoor spas.
It was an extremely quiet room.
Several eating options, 2 grocery stores and a large outlet store, all within 200m walking distance.
Public transport to theme parks are not a viable option, and the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service. Ubers cost approx. $30ea way to both Universal and slightly less to Disney. Approx. $40 to the airport.
This was a lovely room and resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. The grounds were very well kept and the rooms were spacious and clean.
