I had a great experience at this location. The room was clean and spacious. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and attentive with my needs (traveling with 2 toddlers). Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely coming back!

Nice hotel for the price. My husband and I just did a little staycation and enjoyed the night just to get out!! A very simple but nice room.

A little confusing to find check-in and finding your room. Registration is not on the ground floor

We had no water on our second day of stay. It wasn't on when we returned from theme park. Was restored late that night and again off when we woke up. Front desk didn't answer phone, no communication about water. When we stay in Orlando two big things clean and water. Our room had multiple places that weren't clean up on arrival to our room the night stand and shower. We weren't even offered an apology at checkout.i couldn't even shower, wash face, or brush teeth. Horrible experience. We couldn't flush toilet either, terrible experience

I had such a wonderful experience! The room was spotless, the staff went out of their way to help, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful!

Hotel location very convenient near Universal, the breakfasts were varied, and the room was very clean.

Stayed for a mixed trip, front desk staff were generally helpful and good. Location is great for persons wanting to do some shopping and universal theme parks. However, housekeeping was very very poor. Skipped cleaning my room twice, the second time I called and the front desk sent them to “clean” the room. Well they just changed towels!!! No cleaning, no making up of the beds. Well I did it myself no big deal. But it’s the way housekeeping operated. They need to do better. I can’t see myself returning to this property.
