Poor valet response . No response to desk calls and room service shut down earlier than advertised :(

Beautiful property newly reappointed. Great location in downtown Orlando, especially to attend performances at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center.

This property is very clean and hospitable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The Kessler bath products are also nice and not overly fragranced. The location is nice and close to downtown venues.
