There was no turndown service or towel replacement. The cold handle on the bathroom faucet was broken off. No room phone or alarm clock. All the outlets were on the wall opposite the bed (would have needed an extension cord).

Housekeeper got rude with wife went to complain the clerk would not give name of cleaner to complain on I told them if a complaint on us it should come from manager not housekeeper other than that hotel is dated but clean and other workers where friendly

Cleanliness and safety are my priority in looking for a hotel.the room is clean but outside is not desirable and there are suspicious individuals in the alley. Your hotel require repairs, it is substandard and why you still market it is incomprehensible.

Rooms are small and dirty. The hotel is very run down. Breakfast was a joke. No juice, no water, no fruit. Basically only waffles, bread, and cereal.
