Bathroom was not cleaned properly and having a turd floating on arrival was disgusting. Air conditioning unit makes so much noise that you can’t sleep.

Is near to universal, and I was a nice experience our night in the hotel

Clean and great for a simple day/night of rest! Loved the heated swimming pool and knowing there were shuttle options I could potentially use. Parking was nice and convenient, great breakfast options nearby and some plazas/mini golf for fun. Overall room was in great condition and in a great location, not too far from City Walk.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at before , the view from my window of the city was amazing. The food options were very accessible, the pool is great and the customer service was top tier and would recommend to my friends.

The hotel was overbooked, we had to wait two days for our room. (Visited 12/27-01/04)

The rooms are dated and a little odd. The black out curtain doesn’t touch the sides and so much light comes in.
