The was very dirty and had a lot of insects

Fourth stay at this hotel. Definitely my Orlando home. Love the staff, the service, the location. Simple and affordable but everything you need! Love it for EDC Orlando! Staff accommodated my best friend and I as we wished and made us feel at home. The manager is a beautiful woman who is helpful and her staff are well trained. They will see me again soon

The hotel has a very good location but the cleanliness is poor. The room was only cleaned once in a 6 night stay. There were cockroaches in the room. The pool was not available and there was no breakfast. They only had coffee in the lobby but it was not always available. I had visited the hotel in previous years but found it to be in disrepair.
