Stayed one night post cruise. Location is great but very busy. There’s plenty of restaurants and snack shops around. Parking was ok. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking-policy change after booking. Doors are hard to shut and people end up slamming their doors to close them. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey links or pork patties, waffles, bread, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit-the usual. Room had a musky smell. And not the best for cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay here again.

In general, everything was okay. We arrived the night before Thanksgiving and there were a group of girls looking for their deliveries with the manager and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to check in. Also every time we went to the front desk, we always have to wait at least 5 minutes. I noticed the same delay in service in the next couple days during our stay. It apparently was understaffed. Also the bath tub stopper wasn't working, luckily fixed the next day, but the water came through faucet above the tub and the shower head when we tried to fill up the tub for a bath, which was a bit annoying.

The second time I go with my family, I have nothing to complain about, everything very clean and quiet, near the parks and the shops.

There was black mold in the bathroom. The room smelled musty and moldy. There is a ventilation issue.

The staff at this property are amazing. Super friendly and so helpful!! They made the stay for us. However this hotel is not in good condition. The pool is definitely not as shown in pictures, it was quite dirty. The breakfast was very good and the staff for the breakfast were also super helpful wonderful people. Breakfast timeline is limited 6:30-9am.

The people who checked us both in and out were extremely friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay there again when in area.
