We are very happy with the ESA! We have extended our stay through the 28th of December!
Friendly and professional staff. Accepted my Service Animals with no problems. Very convenient for extended no stress living for us right now!

Even though we left immediately, we were still charged fully for the stay. We were evacuating for Hurricane Helene and made a reservation. Arrived to roaches, open holes in showers, cat pee sprayed up walls, absolute filth throughout. I asked nicely to be moved from the room we were given on 2nd floor to a clean room that would be safe and clean for my children, after being offered one on the 4th floor that was just as terrible, we immediately left the premises. My children were already very upset due to the evacuation, this created additional stress on us all. We were told by the people who were hanging out in the lobby (they said they were relatives of front desk clerk) that the mess and problems on the 2nd floor were from people in the process of evictions. So this establishment is apparently serving as some sort of long-term housing. Do not bring your children or family here. We never got our money back for that night and were not even inside the building for 15 minutes.

There were few visitors were shouting and yelling at each other. So many dogs and dirty walkways. In the reception, a visitor with her dog created ruckus and very uncomfortable situation for my spouse as she spilled hot coffee on her

Upon arrival lyra the receptionist at the time informed us of the pet policy but we didnt have any pets but when we got in the room Upon check in Dog Hair was everywhere in the room even under the beds and in the tub....the Tuns drain stopper didnt work we had to purchase our own so my baby could tub bathe.....the Handle bar in the shower was missing.....the room was just not clean from the time we checked in and that was disappointing......

Posted 20 Jun 2024 on HotelsIt was clean, basic room for the night. Kitchen , no dishes. If you wanted a cup you had to buy a dinner set. Bring your own coffee and cup.
