The resort was nice but upon entering the house we stayed in there was broken furniture and dirty sheets on the bed. A faulty light switch also tripped the breaker so we were unable to use lighting and amenities in certain areas of the house including no WiFi. They didn’t come out until the next day. Also had a hard time being compensated. Had to call multiple times long after my stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Encore. Our unit was a 5 bedroom on the west side of the resort. The water park/main building was a couple minute walk from our place and the kids liked that they could walk there on their own.
We did experience some issues with our unit. The door handle literally fell off when we tried opening the front door after checking in, so that wasn’t a great start. The cleanliness was not what we are used to..old fruit loops mushed into the carpet, hair in the bathroom..
Our spa didn’t work and the pool lights didn’t work for the first half of the stay. Our range fan didn’t work. The clothes dryer wasn't in good condition. Nothing major, but enough inconveniences to take away from the vacation experience for sure.
We enjoyed the water park and pool, it was lots of fun and we often had it all to ourselves.
Finn’s restaurant was extremely disappointing. They notified us when we were seated that half of the menu was unavailable and when we ordered from our very limited options, half of the food came hot and the other half came cold.
The staff was mediocre. From my observations, I did not see staff treat the guests like they were valued. Checking in and out, the restaurant, and the pool staff all seemed disinterested in their jobs and their guests.
We would consider going back because we loved the ample space, and we now know what not to expect from staff..but it’s a gamble due to the units being privately owned.

This was one of the worst stays i have ever been. A 8 nedrrom home with only two chairs in the patio, lack of towels, lack of dish washer, electrical problems. The air conditioning was not working well. Horrible experience.

On the positive, the location is great. Extremely close to Disney and the other parks. Traffic is still a pain, but without traffic, it is really quick to get around. There is an Amazon locker in the lobby which makes delivery of packages easy. The other bonus is the size of the houses. You can fit large families easily. Also, each room had a private bathroom/shower.
The downside was that the place was not very clean for such a price. They did a main cleaning but not a very thorough one. Among other things, there were hair and dead bugs in places. On top of it, a lot of minor things were not repaired. Lights that didn’t work. A broken dishwasher (they had two, though, so no problem!!) We were scared to go outside and sit by the pool since the button didn’t work on the outside to silence the alarm. Most importantly, the Internet didn’t work most of the time we were there.
It is a little bit of a pain to use the QR code to get in each time at the gate, but I guess the system works.
One other note. I supposedly have a Platinum level at Expedia. It's not really obvious what it gives me. Nothing at this location.
