The hotel it’s really nice ,comfortable, and the food it’s really good everything good less the staff they are not nice at all.

The front desk staff was all outstanding, but I wanted to single out Mr. Franklin, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were going to the Disney parks all day and so we were going to check-in extremely late at night.
He arranged for us to have a pre-check that day so we wouldn't have to worry about checking-in that night. His professionalism and friendly demeanor was contagious and made us feel like fantastic.

Terrible housekeeping
No towels and sheets in room, even after feedback.
TV didn’t work. Complained twice, no one cared to fix it.
Unprofessional and rude front desk staff, specially the night shift one.
Never going back to this place.

Room was not in main hotel area. We didn't feel as secure if we stayed in main hotel area.
