I live in Fort Lauderdale and my husband and I visit Miami twice or more a month, my husband was totally disgusted by how unwelcoming your hotel felt. You definitely lost our business. I had never experienced such difficulty to get in to the hotel and it was no live person at the front desk. You guys sent us a code at 3:30 pm we had to carry around our heavy backpack all day before we could check in to your hotel!!!

The breakfast setup doesn’t flow. It’s so spread out and inconvenient. The sofa bed is uncomfy as most are and expected. The room was great although the flooring was coming apart but that didn’t affect our stay. Decent price

This place is super clean and nice! Rooms are clean and bright, staff is very pleasant! Location is great! We will definitely be back!!

The quality of the breakfast and the apartment space were very enjoyable. As well the distance from Disney and good restaurants at International Drive.
